Ida Goutman, Administrator

Ida Goutman graduated from University of Detroit-Mercy. She had a state of Michigan social work certification for several decades.

Ida has been affiliated with Cruz Clinic since 1973. She is responsible for the day to day business operations of Cruz Clinic. Ida monitors and enforces the policies and procedures of the clinic and is responsible for keeping track of Quality Assurance measures involving patient care and employee performance. She is the liaison making certain that everyone is working towards a common goal.

Ida is responsible for Joint Commission Accreditation, as well as monitoring ongoing compliance.

Ida coordinates the link between the out-patient clinic and the board of trustees and is responsible for public relations.
